REFUNDS are only given with prior authorization. We do not refund special orders unless we have a buyer for the brake who has paid and only at our discretion. 

If you change your mind about a pre-order or special order there may be a restocking fee of up to thirty percent. 

Warranty issues should be brought up with the manufacturer but if you have an issue please let us know and we will do our best to get you squared away.
