We are a small business and do our best to make sure you have a good experience every time; however, there are some things that we cannot cover.
As we all face the threat and discomforts of current supply chain issues we ask for your patience as we do our best to fulfill orders as fast as possible. International supply orders are taking an unusually long period of time to get to us to fulfill orders so at this time all orders are backordered.
Current political climates and the unpredictable nature of life today make it impossible to send every order out immediately. We ask for your patience if you order is not shipped immediately. It may take several days or more.
Some items which use microchips may experience long wait times but we are still happy to accept your order and we will fulfill it as soon as we can.
Scopes go in and out of stock on a regular basis. We use drop shipping for our scopes. They usually ship within a day to three days. US Optics scopes area all custom ordered so there is a wait of 6-12 weeks depending on the model.
We are not able to email all customers to tell them an expected shipping date at this time so please do not expect an email response from us and realize that the situation dictates the time frame.
At this time we are NOT offering refunds due to shipping/stocking delays.
We do NOT offer refunds for incorrectly ordered special or custom orders.
Muzzle brakes that are abused or machined in a manner that removes material from the body of the brake forward of the non vented area have no warranty coverage whatsoever. This includes but is not limited to actions such as fire forming brass with the brake on, firing of loads that are excessively hot loads leading to throat erosion, improper installation, multiple removals and installations leading to the thread damage, improper bore diameter leading to the baffle strikes. A muzzle brake must always be installed by a licensed gunsmith and it is the end users responsibility to make certain that all parts are aligned and sized properly.
In the off chance that we refund an order. Paypal/Credit Card Refunds are subject to a 35% restocking/handling/processing fee.
ETransfer Refunds are subject to a 5% restocking/handling fee.
Warranty issues: are supported by manufacturers of products and all manufacturers that we support are known to be fast and courteous when it comes to handling issues or we wouldn't support them.
Special orders are not returnable without special permission and we reserve the right to refuse. A re-stocking fee will apply if authorized.
Shipping and handling:
Packages ship generally from 1-5 days but may be longer if we are waiting for stocking orders. We ship USPS 2-3 business day Priority within the USA and First Class outside the USA.
We do not refund orders due to an item being back-ordered and make no claims to exact shipping time as weather, customs, and other factors come into play. We appreciate your patience.
We do not cover return shipping or replacement item shipping unless the item(s) sent were incorrect on our part.
Unfortunately we cannot prevent theft, loss, and so on. So, if you are at all worried about having items go missing from your order due to where you live you must select signature required upon placing your order and add sufficient insurance. If you cannot find this option please contact us and we will add it for you. (During the lockdown for the coronavirus we cannot offer signature services on deliveries and you the customer are 100% responsible to make sure someone is home to accept your shipment)
We strongly suggest that you make sure that someone is home to accept the package or have it sent to a neighbor, as mail theft is rampant these days everywhere.
We appreciate your business and will strive to make sure you are happy every time.
We do not offer refunds on courses due to unexpected issues like severe weather or as in the current case the Coronavirus. As, in the past we will do our best to find you a future date to rebook your course in order to fulfill your training needs.
If for some reason you cannot attend your course you are responsible to find someone else to take your spot or forfeit course fees. We will do our best to fill these spots but cannot make any guarantees. We pay others for their services and output a great deal of money to host these courses whether a student attends or not.
Should a refund be necessary we will address these on a case by case situation entirely at our discretion. Please note that we do not refund service charges, processing fees, or bank charges and these will be withheld from the refund.
We do not carry forward funds from year to year for courses not attended. If you miss your course without sufficient notice to us you will be subject to forefitting your course fees as we pay money to have instructors attend, travel to courses, and provide the course for the students that do attend said date.
We do not guarantee a certain amount of notice before a course should the date have to be changed due to weather and/or unforeseen circumstances.
We highly recommend that students traveling in from distant locations make sure to purchase trip insurance in case for some reason the course needs to be rescheduled.
As, this is an unusual year with the global Covid pandemic we are not refunding courses but will make arrangements to teach courses at the first available convenience for both parties.
Rаngetech and it's parent company shall be held harmless and not responsible for lost travel costs, and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise for students.
By signing up for a course with Rangetech students accept all responsibility for any harm or accident which may befall them upon attending a course or any of the subsequent travel to and from the course.
Alcohol on course.
There is a ZERO tolerance for alcohol/drugs/marijuana on course and should it be found that a student is under the influence they shall have their course terminated and asked to leave.
